Shipping Policy
We make every effort to ship same day all orders received by 2pm CT. You will be notified as soon as your order is sent to shipper or if there is any delay in doing so.
Using our shipping options such as priority or overnight shipping is always the best way to assure fast arrival to your jobsite or business location. Obviously, we are all at the whim of the couriers own potential delays such as weather, transportation or def fluid. We take zero responsibility for priority shipment not arriving on-time and are unable to provide discounts/refunds on shipper charges for said delayed shipments.
Make time for your projects, plan your orders ahead. Shipper delays are a common commodity and are only going to increase. Easier said than done yes, but it's what mama says.
Return & Exchange Policy
Unused, unopened products can be returned in 72 Hours. Partially used diamonds are non returnable due to the nature of our trade. Though you should call us, we may have some options how completing your project though you potentially chose the incorrect bond hardness.
Used equipment is non-returnable. You put your eyes on it, it hit your land- you own it. We make every effort to disclose used equipment issues, drawbacks & offer extensive discounts on such items. One man's trash, another man's treasure. Be that man.
New equipment, 72 hours though an initial call to report product issue or buyer's remorse is required.
