Wheareas most floors require 50 grit & 100 grit sequential resin passes post hand grinding with a diamond cupwheel, teh 100 Grit Ceramic Delosh Cupwheel quickly jumps into the scratch removal process. On flat floors, this rigid 100 Grit Ceramic by Delosh allows bypass of 50 & 100 Grit Resin Diamond pads. Quick removal of edge scratches post Delosh 30 Grit or Delosh 60 Grit Turbo cupwheel (ideal). Post this cupwheel, 200 Resin Bond Diamond polishing and up.
Keep control of speed, over heat of this Ceramic will quickly cause glazing (black spots on diamond face) which will add to the scratch pattern not reduce. Do not perform wet, chattering will occur. Not for wavy floors- will create edge gouges due to rigid nature of tool
Excessively wavy edge work should utilize Delosh 50 Grit Resin Bond for initial descratch tool post metal cupwheel.
