5" Resin Bond Polishing Pads, premium long lasting diamonds.  Easily remove scratches with the initial 50 grit resin pad or go straight to 200 grit resin after using 100 Ceramic Delosh Cupwheel.  See TECH for recommendations.  Best under variable speed grinder to reduce pad glazing or excessive wear.  Always use a 5" Variable speed angle grinder to control your polishing pattern & refinement!

  • Wavy Floors; always begin with 50 Grit Delosh 5" Resin Pad.  This pad will quickly remove scratch pattern of prior cupwheel (Delosh 30 Grit or Delosh 60 Grit Turbo Cupwheel) on wavy areas.  This could be around wall trenches, posts or outlet boxes where the floor has 'hills'.

Flat Floors; moderately flat floors have the convenience of scratch removal with 100 Grit Ceramic by Delosh.  Highly rigid, this tool does not work well on excessively wavy edge areas but when applicable- you can go straight to 200 Resin & up polishing.

Control your speed, control your polish.  Respect your tools.  Oversized angle grinders (7") and high speeds destroy polishing pads and associated pad holders.  We only recommend edge polishing with 5" Diamond Delosh Polishing pads and 5" Variable speed hand grinders.  Each pad will have a distinctly different rpm and forward movement due to concrete porosity & concrete refinement.  This isn't rocket science, the operator will feel the pad fighting or glazing on the concrete as they move and will know to adjust speed accordingly.

Too much heat, pad glazing- new scratches and destroyed pads.  Too little rpms, large circular ribbons across the floor and zero forward progress.

Add the 5" Foam Riser to create even pad wear, protect your 5" Pad-Holder and acheive further flexability with your edge diamond resins.
